What is Pulse Width Extension (PWE)?
Many expensive tuning boxes rely solely on PWE. This method keeps the fuel injector open longer to add more fuel. While this can create big power numbers on a dyno, it has significant drawbacks for real-world Australian conditions:
- Late Injection: Fuel is injected later in the stroke, meaning there is less time for a clean burn.

Is this better than an ECU Remap?
